JB and Ian

I wanted to send you a quick note on the use of the Yasha shoes that I have been using. Before I used the Tenderhoof shoes, my horse’s feet were constantly sore. When my farrier first applied the Yasha shoes, PJ had been diagnosed with a grade 3+ of a 5. Within a week’s time after the first shoeing, PJ went to a grade 1. I knew that the Yasha shoes were helping at the present time, but wasn’t sure how long it would continue to help. Now after several shoeing, PJ is now a 0 of a 5. I highly recommend the use of the Yasha shoes for lameness and as a preventative measure for your horse ever getting sore. I fully believe that if I had the Yasha shoes on my horse from the beginning, she would have not been sore.

Thanks JB and Ian for your commitment for helping to resolve the lameness in my barrel horse, and thanks for your video on the Yasha shoes on your website www.tenderhoof.com

 Ian,

Thanks for shoeing my lame paint horse at Chris Gambino's place. She is doing very well. The following morning, she came jogging in for her feed! Pretty incredible since she didn't want to take a step the day before.

I wanted to send you a quick note. A couple of months back I had my horse Let Me Be Frank

fitted with a pair of glue-on style Yasha shoes by Ian. Since that time forward it has enabled

us to be able to train him without stopping because of hoof lameness. I claimed him for $5000

and he just won the Maryland Million Starter Handicap by ten lengths, a purse of $50,000.

Many thanks for providing this product to the racing world. I presently have three other horses

wearing your shoes and all are doing well.

Thanks again, Mark Lupidus

A horse was placed at my farm so I could care for a chronic case of laminitis. Each month I
would glue on a shoe which enabled him to get around. On one occasion after I glued on
the shoe he became non weight bearing on that foot. I had to remove the shoe and try
something different. I nailed on an eventing shoe fitted with the Yasha pad to elevate the
sole off the ground till something else could be used. By the next morning he was getting
around fairly well and within a week I was able to jog him over blacktop. When I had previously
turned him out in the paddock he would plant himself by the gate and stand there all day until
he was brought in. Three weeks later he was running up and down the fence line. All I did was

nail on a pair of Yasha shoes and take him off all medication. I was surprised to say the least at

the results, but since that time I have heard of similar cases with similar results

I am a blacksmith of many years, primarily in the standardbred industry. I have a
quarter horse at home that was unable to be ridden. This was due to lameness
caused by navicular, all documented by my local veterinarian. Ian and I decided
to try a pair of glue-on Yasha shoes to see if reducing the concussion in the heel
area might help. We applied a flat aluminum shoe, no wedge to elevate the angle.
This shoe has totally changed this horse’s life, I can now ride this horse as much
and often as I wish without any sign of lameness. I wanted to share this with the
many people who have a horse that struggles with this dreaded disease.

Just wanted to update you on the shoes I have been getting from you. My big

horse has always been tough to shoe. He isn't out of control but always wants

to argue with the farrier.  He was reshod last week with his 2nd pair of tenderhoofs

and was a TOTAL GENTLEMAN.  NO wiggle, no fuss, no pawing, no jerking no

nothing.  THIS IS the only change that has been made in this gelding.  When I got

him off of the track 3 years ago, his feet were in horrible condition, lots of bruising

and extremely sore.  He has slowly gotten manageable with getting shoes put on,

but still had to work very quietly around him.

He is all the way around a lot more quiet and relaxed about everything.

Just seems happy now.  His eye has even changed in his stall.   He doesn't fret

anymore about anything.

I know this sounds weird that shoes could make this much difference, but it is a

huge change in the personality of this horse.

SO I am in conclusion saying that the Tenderhoofs have made a tremondous

difference in my horse.

THANK YOU!     Julie Crews      Keyes, OK
